As anyone who sets up their own business knows, there is very little time to work on the business unless you have a very clear business plan, strategy and time management from the very start. George certainly helped us to understand where our focus needed to be and how to prioritise and implement a methodology retrospectively.

It became very apparent that we, the Directors, had not clearly defined our goals and commercial objectives with a timeframe. So starting with a business modelling exercise George spent 12 + months coaching us through 90 day programs where we reviewed the company’s strategy, structure, results and business model. Every quarter, we then put an implementation plan together for each component of the business, which we reviewed with George on a weekly basis. This direction, focus and sounding board, really enabled and allowed us to take things to the
next level.

The results to the business have been massive… In short, we now have better systems, a better platform for growth, better risk management, better strategy and planning, more accountability, better staff and profits are way up.
